Reminder: 2025–2026 School Registration
Parents, this is a reminder that registration for the 2025–26 school year is happening this week. Parents who do not complete registration during this time must register their student(s) on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 4:00 PM–5:30 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.

AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCE
This Affidavit shall be completed during enrollment and/or re-enrollment in Mobile County Public Schools. This Affidavit shall be completed in full by the parent/guardian if the parent/guardian does not own or lease the property in which they reside.
Residence Notice: To be enrolled in Mobile County Public Schools, students must reside full-time in the MCPSS district
attendance zones with their natural parent(s)/legal guardian(s)/legal custodian(s). Students and their parent(s)/guardian(s)/legal
custodian(s) must remain full-time residents for the entire period of enrollment in Mobile County Public Schools. For the
purpose of this policy, a resident is defined as an individual who is a full-time occupant of a dwelling located in the MCPSS
district attendance zones and who, on any given school day, is likely to be at their stated address when not at work or school. A
person who owns property in MCPSS district attendance zones, but does not reside in the property, is not considered a resident.
